“ We had my son's rehearsal luncheon at the Pasta Loft. Pat could not have been nicer to uS! The food was so good! We had a garden salad and a Ceasar salad, both were crisp cold and delicious. Our party seemed to like the Ceasar more, and when I asked if we could get another one, it came out very quickly. The chicken tenders were not battered like most places, they were breaded and seasoned like a chicken cutlet. Very juicy and tasty. They were a big hit with dipping sauces on the side. Again I had to order more, because it was such a big hit, and Pat accommodated us without a problem. But the real star of the show were the brick oven pizzas! The white pizza was the most popular, but every one had a crisp crust with a satisfying chew, and the toppings were amazing. Our waitress Cassie was friendly and efficient, keeping our party well supplied with drinks, and anything else we asked for. She was wonderful to talk with and I feel fortunate that she waited on us. We had a party of 26, and she seemed to handle it effortlessly! We have eaten at the Pasta Loft before and loved the food. I'm so glad we had our special event there. Thank you Pat and Cassie for helping to make our week even more special! ”
